We all desire peace of mind to help us cope with or heal from the stresses of life, whether it’s a demanding professional career, a busy home life, or simply not having enough time for ourselves. I know this feeling all too well. I’ve experienced the chaos of a fast-paced, busy life that was rapidly exhausting me. It was this experience that led me to explore and embrace Reiki.
I was first introduced to Reiki over 25 years ago when my life felt like it was completely out of control. The calming and relaxing Reiki treatments helped me rebalance my energy flow, reduce stress, and empower me to take on life’s challenges. A caring Reiki Master who realigned my energy centers made all the difference in how I responded to stress caused by challenging family dynamics, demands from a stressful job, or chronic health issues. It is this nurturing support that I strive to bring to each of my clients.
